The Pay Bandit esp doesn't seem to work for me. The dialog options are there, but when I choose pay a bandit or guard with sex they accept but then walk away, no sex animations. (The Lovers True Crime esp seems to work fine though.) Has anyone else had this problem?

 

I tried to look at the esp file in TESedit but I have no idea how to tell whether it calls the animations correctly. It looks different from the original Pay Bandit version though (different dialog options, for example). So I loaded up the original in CS and deleted all the "is PC a female" conditions in the conversation options. Too soon to know whether I borked anything to hell or whether this will work, but was able to pay off a guard with sex (not in a city but out on one of the roads, honestly I'm not sure what crime I committed, but he accepted sex instead of a fine and I got the animations).

 

I'm just curious whether others have gotten this to work. I'm using Lovers with PK rev 94. Maybe I should go back to rev 91?

Tried something similar under rev 91 and it worked (except I gave males and females separate dialogue options). No idea on later revs and why it doesn't work.

Thanks for the reply. I tried rev 91 but no joy with the guards. My version seems to be working fine, so I'll stick to that with rev 94.

The tool I really like for snipping bits I don't like out of mods I'm using is Tes4edit, because its easy to see what I'm doing without messing up too badly, and I can also compare different versions of a mod to each other and see what is different. Downloadable from tesnexus, I believe.

I have Tes4edit, but so far have only used it to look at the structure of esps and try to understand the relationships of the scripts and quests to each other. I haven't actually used it to make any changes. I'll have to give that a second look.
