Can I manually edit my ingame journal?

I found the rest of an already finished quest in my questbook.

 

If it´s of importance; it´s the miscellaneous quest "smooth jazbay".

(I think it must be that quest, as I only know of this quest, using jazbay)

 

When checking the queststage, it´s said to be at 200 (which means finished),

but I still have the "collect 20 Jazbay" objective.

 

Resetting, restarting or otherwise editing the quest won´t help, so I think I need to clear my journal, but can I do that?

And if so, how do I?
