Weirdness in Solitude CTD

Hello all,

 

I find it weird

 

I go down the path from solitude trying to go to the Farm, BAM ! Ctd everytime.

 

But if i start at the farm and go up to the path to Solitude, no problem.

 

I dont get it.  Down = crash     Up = fine   same road

 

Is it Skyrim that is finicky or is there a valid explanation for this.

Usually means Skyrim  esm is broken . Looking at clean new install .
