Downloaded, had to uninstall, now its installed again and won't work

Hello. I downloaded Wicked Whims along with several other mods back in April. 2 months ago I had to uninstall all mods because I was getting an error message everytime I tried to play the Sims4. Then recently I tried reinstalling just wicked whims and it shows up in my content in the actually sims4 game, under options, but I do not have the option to actually play the wicked whims activities when I am playing. Wicked whims does not show up in my notifications when I first began playing in a house.
