I've seen references to this in lots of places but no links to anywhere that sets out an authoritative explanation of content, game effects, and whether or not there is an upgrade route from DD3.0e / DDi 3.3

 

Any info/pointers would be welcome

And in terms of upgrades, a clean/fresh save is HIGHLY recommended (possibly even required).

Be aware that this is beta. Not WIP, beta, it's rather meant for testing than playing and there maybe several updates per day and you might need a clean save for each. If there is a public release it will be at the usual places.
