MiamiMutilator Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 Because I dislike the vanilla walking/running animation
Sarge Misfit Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 FNIS Sexy Moves MCM configurable. heads up - in my game, FNIS Sexy Moves tries to add a token or something to mannequins (I don't use vanilla mannequins, tho). The result is that when you enter a cell with mannequins, you will get a warning about being able to only equip armor. If you aren't using a replacer, this might not happen. Fix- once you install FNIS Sexy Moves, run FNIS, delete FNIS Sexy Moves .esp only and start a new game. You'll get all the default feminine walks and idles
Deadly Kitten Posted August 12, 2017 Posted August 12, 2017 http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25971-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended-xpmse/ This has quite a few animation changes built in now, but I haven't seen if they have the animations I prefer as of late. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/searchresults/?src_cat=51 That's the animation catagory on the Nexus. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33914/? Think this was the animation I preferred. Though something to be aware of is that if you turn your character while crouching, you will "snap" between the crouch and movement animations. Just something to be aware of.

What's the purpose of a fix "delete FNIS Sexy Moves .esp only and start a new game. You'll get all the default feminine walks and idles"??? The same result you have when you unistall FNIS SM. Or, simply not install it to begin with. For all those who want to avoid the mannequin issue properly, here is an excerpt from the Sexy Move instructions (as so often). Configuration Options / MCM Configuration: No need to remember NPC assignments: FNIS Sexy Move will add "Sexy Coins" to the NPCs inventory in order remember the assinged animations when they leave the player area. If you don't like these coins you can switch them off here. But then the NPC will have a new random animation when you meet her again, even when when you had told her via dialog.
Sarge Misfit Posted August 13, 2017 Posted August 13, 2017 No, delete only the one .esp file leaving the rest. the purpose is to get rid of the "You can only put armor on mannequins" warning. Its a real pain if you have 30+ mannequins. If you're okay with that, then don't delete the .esp file. And I never saw that bit about the "Sexy Coins". Meh, I was always happy with FNIS SM's defaults anyway.

SM is based on scripts that assign the walk/run animations whenever an NPC comes into the vicinity of the player. Because those changes can't be applied permanently. Without esp those scripts will never run again.
