Question, I have Framework, arouse redux, SoS, submit, defeat.. the usual, I have the dialogue to ask NPCs for sex with m/f and f/m.. but no option for dialogue with f/f and m/m, I made sure in the MCM that the target is set to the appropriate preference, yet still no option. Any ideas what is causing this?

1. Submit + Defeat are not "the usual" and they can easily conflict, it would be better to use only one of them. And i have no idea what else you consider usual and which dialogue you use, or which MCM you're talking about. If you think a mod isn't working like it should, post a papyrus log. If you want a dialogue for f/f and m/m, use a mod that offers those options like follow me for sex.
