[HELP] Skyrim crashing in a specific area, can't find out why

Using the mod Alternative Start - Live Another Life, selecting the options "camping in the woods", whenever I walk into the bandit mine direction or the river down the road, when I get close to it, a CTD occurs. 

I've trying disabling mods to the point where it solved the issue and then it came back and then it didn't made sense anymore.

use TES5Edit to "Undelete and Disable References" in all of your mods:
