Last Exception File Help

I keep getting the orange box telling me a last exception file was created as soon as I start the game and go to any household. I used the mod conflict detector and removed everything that was conflicting and I'm still getting the message. My game is constantly lagging and my sims will go to work, get reset (another orange box pops up), and appear back on the lot. But their icon at the bottom is still greyed out and says their at work. And, it never goes away unless I leave the household. Help, I wanna play again : (
