Xzavier Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 I am looking for the correct pre-set, faces, bodies, and hairs; so I can make a beautiful character. In game I play a nude female character. I am male, and I figure if I am going to spend hours playing a game I might as well give me something that I like to look at! I love the CBBE V3 with the body slide so I can craft my perfect female. Nice big hips, thighs, and ass. A curvy girl, but when it comes to faces, or pubic hair (Yes My Character must have a landing strip) I can seem to things that work well with me mods. I get strange lines. At one point, and time my character, and the NPC characters would have boobs float in the air. I mean pancake flat and raised. If they where standing it was fine. If they squat,knelt, sat, or lied down it would do that. Any pointers as to which mods works with others? Oh the Apachii skyhairs crashes my game. These are the mods I am running right now. This is a fresh install I had a ton before. Looking to make Skyrim the best looking as possible. Would anyone like to help? One thing I did forget to say is that I am starting a new game, and at the character making menu. So I know this is where my faces, and hair becomes important. Snazzishoez Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 I think you'll find it's hard to get an answer because there are so many good mods to offer. FNIS is a little different now that it has the tool you must use to update after every animation mod is installed. Just be sure to use it. I wouldn't be much help on why you would get a CTD from ApachiiSkyHair or FNIS. I alwyas use both and no issues. For your CBBEv3 body, I would recommend Navetsea's skin textures which of course you'll find easily on Nexus. For face mods, you listed Kawaii Face. Enhanced Character Edit (Nexus) is nice too. Envision Face also. For eyes, you listed Eyes of Beauty, that's what I use currently. I haven't checked out Twinkle Eyes yet. If you'd like to try other Hairs, you could try Ren Hair or Tera Hair. I use those with Apachii. I have a bad habbit of editing my characters too much. Enhanced Char. Not sure what type of armors you like. Revealing, lore-friendly, etc. So I won't post on those. Sorry only listed a few things, I'm pretty new to the modding scene myself. Good luck! P.S. Currently there's over a thousand pages, but if you do it little by little you'll catch up and that's where you'll find hard to find mods and some that aren't common. And as far as armors I use the naked ones. I generally run TGM in the console so it really doesn't matter. I just wear the naked armors so I don't have to hear people bitch that I am nude
Snazzishoez Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 When you download FNIS you'll get two files to download. The Behavioral and the Spells. You need both. In one of those you'll see tools as one of the folders. Just drop that into data files as the others. Once it is there, everytime you install an animation mod you need to go into your data folder, then to the tools folder. Inside you'll find "Generate FNIS for Users" and click on that. Again you'll see "GenerateFNISforUsers" with an orange icon beside, if not, no worries. Click on that. A box should appear, the Generator itself. Click the top bar highligted in yellow "Update FNISBehavior". Once that's done successfully, you may exit. Done. Repeat this method each time you are done installing an animation mod, otherwise your character will just be frozen when you attempt any animation mod. I don't remember where on Nexus, but there is a mod that changes the dialog about people commenting on your character being naked if you don't like it. Just another option if you'd like.
