Export all Effects from Ingredients to CSV in SSEEDIT?

I'm trying to harmonize a bunch of mods that add new alchemy ingredients with the alchemy overhaul mod I'm using; This means I need to go dig through every ingredient that is using AlchRestoreMagicka, AlchRestoreHealth, or AlchRestoreStamina and give them all at least a Duration of 1 (many people leave them at 0 because it doesn't get used in the default Effect.

Unfortunately I've added a lot of new ingredient mods, so I've many-lots of ingredients to go through, and no patience for this sort of thing. I have figured out how to export the names of ingredients to a CSV file so I can batch edit them to sort how I like, and I'd like to do similar with the effects but they're in an array/tree kinda thing and I don't know how to work with that.

I've been using AT - QuickDisplay and AT QuickChange but they don't seem to work so great with the array thingies. I was hoping I could just ask it to export like Effects[0]/Effect/EFID and Effects[0]/Effect/EFIT to get the first effect, then [1] to get the second and so on, but SSEEdit had no idea what I was talking about. Clearly I'm not doing that right.

Is there a tutorial anywhere?

Hderp I should have posted this in the Special Edition subforum. I'm pretty sure it's exactly the same either way, *Edit is awesome like that, but I hate mis-filing crap.
