But it turns out most mods when it adds NPC use the generic presets so with out a preset mod one gets a lot of ugly looking NPCs. For the stuff like bandits or like Populated Skyrim it wasn't a problem, I expect people to have variety and not all look like cover models, but it got weird with the Maria Eden when two brothel madams looked like just got out of work at the fishery.
