WW interaction screen not showing up.

hi this is my first time installing this mod. I have game version

1.30.105.1010.

 

i have no other mods installed. 

i have mod manager installed.

 

i attached a screenshot of my mods folder.

 

please help me its my first time even trying this mod out and only know there should be a interaction bar from ww when you click at your sim.
