Laurawrn Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Hi, I'm pretty new to modding so I'll just try and explain the best I can! Sometimes when I get items equipped on me my character will stop moving and I am unable to do anything. It's almost like an animation is trying to play and just repeatedly failing, I think this is the case because I lose the compass from my UI when it occurs. If I type enableplayercontrols into the console, I'll manage to move for a short span of time, anywhere from 2-5 seconds and then my character will stop again. It's happened a few times with different mods installed, and the only common occurrence I've seen is that my character is always wearing some type of restraining boots when it happens. It doesn't happen every time restraining footwear is equipped, just seems to be with some of them. Of course, it isn't necessary footwear because whenever my character has footwear on they've always been restrained in other ways too, and it doesn't happen every time she has footwear on, but the footwear seems to be the common theme in this happening. Mods installed are: CBBE + Bodyslide Devious Devices + Integration + Expansion + Equip Devious Capture + Defeat + Submit Deviously Cursed Loot Captured Dreams Sanguine's Debauchery Skyrim Bound Simple Slavery There are some more, but I'm actually at work right now so can't check, might be missing something important so if anyone has had this issue with another mod, feel free to name it and then I'll know if I have it installed too. However, I'm guessing it's actually something coming from DD because I figure that's where all the equipment is actually coming from. I've tried reinstalling those mods and doing a fresh save, but the issue still occurs. Hope someone can help!
Nazzzgul666 Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 1. Is there a difference which mod equips items on you? 2. Are you sure you're setup for Devious Capture, Defeat and submit is ok? I'm not even sure if it's possible to make those three mods work together flawless, but you need at least make your settings very carefully. In case of doubt, get rid of submit. And start a new game or load a save where submit was not installed. 3. If that doesn't help, post your full load order and a papyrus log.

I'll try removing Submit, starting a fresh save and I'll see if I can replicate the issue again. If not, I'll update with my load order/log.
Laurawrn Posted August 3, 2017 Author Posted August 3, 2017 Ok, turns out it was just foolishness on my part and it was actually the blindfold causing it. I play in third person and I didn't realise the blindfold prevented you from moving until you switch to first person (which makes sense!) >.< Thanks for your assistance anyway!

If you prefer playing in 3rd person, you can choose one of the other blindfold modes.
