Controlling sex instead of a timer?

I have been trying to find a mod for Sexout that makes it so instead of the animations running on a timer, you put them in the control of the player. Kind of like how in SexLab in Skyrim you can choose to use hotkeys to control the action. So far no such luck, anyone know of a mod that does this?

Use the bundled sexout positioning and press the button to pause the timer.
