Infinite Potion Sound Effect with SOS only

I am having an issue with SOS, or another mod interacting with it. If my player character gives anyone an SOS potion, the potion ingestion sound loops forever, as does the visual effect. Moving to a different cell does not get rid of the issue, nor giving it to different people, followers and NPCs alike. I've only tried Dragon (so far).
 

This may be similar to the never-ending magical effect audio loop bug I've never had to deal with, so there might be a simple fix I've missed while googling this that's just buried, or my search terms are off.
 Apologies if this is in the wrong place!

Other info:
-- I use MO.

-- I use LOOT. 

-- I use FNIS whenever activating/deactivating a mod that effects animations.
-- I've activated every mod listed and made sure it recognized SOS correctly if it needs to.
-- Restarting SOS does not seem to help.
 

--The two other consistent issues I've been having is the Dick In Reserve effect Males of Skyrim creates that I have yet to fix, and some runaway boob nodes in SL Hormones. (I ended up just disabling Bathing In Skyrim.)

--My rig is pretty damned decent. It only seems to consistently have serious lag issues for DD (for the Masses) in major hold cities, or when too many SL mods are running script all at once in a crowded area.

 

My load order is under the cut. It's not the whole list. I can give that, too.
Included are mods that aren't SL/adult, but may have been mentioned as potentially interacting poorly with the SL mod by the mod author. (Like Frostfall, or Combat Overhaul - which I don't have installed.)

It's possible I have some errors in there due to a lack modding proficiency. (EX: I'm capable of installing/updating DynDOLOD or FNIS, but I'm not very familiar with TES5 edit just yet.)

Any suggestions? Best I can think of are active effects already on the NPC causing it to bug the eff out?
