What should I fix in my game?

Okay So I've recently been trying to improve my game both in performance and graphics, I have over 9000 (no pun intended) animations installed. I've attached my Load Order and Mod List for you all to look at and give suggestions on what i can replace or Remove.

 

some of my PC specs are;

 

i7 7700k 

GTX 1070

16GB DDR4 RAM

You have to many weather mods : TAZ_lightingDLC.esp , Natural Lighting and Atmospherics.esp , ELFX - Weathers.esp . On the mod page from TAZ it say that is not compatible with other weather mods, so you have to choose. If you use SexLab 1.62 than NonSexLabAnimationPack.esp is no more needed . Make a Merged Patch and a Batch Patch, it helps with compability of your mods.
