[Request] Defeat without fighting

I have alot of fun using both the defeat and the submit mods but sometimes i want to make a person enter the defeat/submit situation outside of battle, is there a mod where we can activate something like a shout or magic where the target goes into the defeat/submit mode?.

Maybe it can look like they do simular to how in the Manga/Anime Bleach where they they use their murderous presence or increase pressure to force them to their knees.

Downside is that can be a bit difficult at times but the version i'm thinking of is doing it to non hostile NPC's like bieng in a small town and just intimidating them one by one and then tieing them up and having your way from them.

Its not quite like you want but it may serve your purpose

Maybe Paradise Halls Enhanced?  You can enslave fleeing NPCs, so just use the Fear spell on them and then you can catch them and enslave.  Also works on NPCs that are cowering in fear from say a dragon attack.
