yep.... something from skyrim (very large mod and you'll need cbbe installed to wear it).

 

Now had you asked that in the "What mod is this thread" you would have actually gotten a link to go along with the above answer.... welcome to LL place "what outfit is this, what mod is this, where can I find this" in the correct location for a request.
