Prison Irons mod thing

So, I downloaded and activated the DMRA Prison Irons replacer mod thing...

yet nothing really happens, and the forum post i got it from doesn't really describe what it does / what it replaces.

Does it replace the Vanilla Wrist Irons item?

If not, what item / mod must i get to make it show up / work?

You have unpacked the Mod ! So you know what will be replaced/installed.

 

If it is a female Wrist Irons Mod  and it does not have a esp it will do nothing.

The vanilla Wrist Irons are only male ( Clothes\LowerClass\05\M\Gauntlets.NIF ), there is no female version.

If the Mod put the mesh in Clothes\LowerClass\05\F\    you will never see them in game.

 

Only if you have the Unofficial Oblivion Patch or a armor-clothes replacer with esp ( and female Wrist Irons) you will see the Wrist Irons in game.

 

You can add/copy the vanilla Wrist Irons in any esp you have ( best a clothes esp, or your bashed Patch) and add a female version ( path to the Wrist Irons of the "DMRA Prison Irons replacer mod thing" location )
