Sitting on the ground mod?

I'm looking for a mod that will let me press a hotkey to sit down on the ground (there was a similar mod in Skyrim from the iNeed mod). I'm looking for a way to regenerate health in survival for when there is no available bed, food, or stimpacks around (its a wasteland after all).

 

Ideally, I want a mod where I can press the "H" key and slowly regenerate health (like 1 health a second).

 

If not sitting on the ground, then perhaps a slow regen whenever my character is sitting.
