Strange bug in fallout 4

It has to do settlements building. like say i place defensive structure like a turret sometimes when i try a second turret it does not registered it correctly and once that happens i cannot build that turret anymore i have to exit my game and the reload the game so it allows me to build it again. It is not only with turrets but sometimes it happens also with those waterpruifieres if you place them in water.
