Is there any sort of animation-pack or individuals for download containing animations like, say... (using man / woman for example)

Man stands behind the woman and gropes her chest from behind, or any sort of groping animation?

I know somewhere in the LAPF stuff there is some of that, but from what I've seen it usually also includes sex with the grope, id like just the grope or such.

Yes some Lovers sex animations starts with groping or kissing. You can use the kf files.

All Sex aniamtions are 8 kf files. 4 defender(female) and 4 Offender(male)  for the 4 sex stages.

So if the first stage is only kissing or groping you can use the kf files from the first stage ( DefMotionx1.kf  and OffMotionx1.kf )

Then use the 2 kf in your Mod.

 

If you like other stages of the sex animation:

Stage 2 are DefMotionx2.kf  and OffMotionx2.kf

stage 3 are DefMotionx3.kf  and OffMotionx3.kf

stage 4 are DefMotionx0.kf  and OffMotionx0.kf

Or  watch the KF files with NifScope, use a body with skeleton and load the kf file.
