is your runtime updated to the current version?

What do you mean?

the microsoft visual C++ if your getting an error like that update it. if you have it updated then ive no clue i never had that problem before

I updated my microsoft visual C++ to the latest version and it solved the problem.

Does it also mean that the game should run faster and stable now?

What benefit did updating that give me?

At the moment, I'm running a Core i7 3770K, 16GB DDR3, and two-way SLI GTX 680, but I can easily max out Fallout 4 with 60 fps at 1920x1080.

The game runs fine.

I'm in the process of building a new gaming PC with an i7 7700K, 16GB DDR4, and two-way SLI GTX 1080.
