FO4 female run animations conversions from Oldrim?

I have been using available female animations but most in FO4 are pretty over the top girly for my tastes and I have always thought the animations from Oldrim http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55568/? were great.....athletic but still feminine. I have done a bit of searching and found little I understood beyond it is possible.  Can someone who knows more about this point me to a process guide if there is one?
