Help with male Ghoul bodies

My nude human males look just fine.  The nude male ghouls have an issue...they are wearing semi-see through underwear, and their penis looks human - not ghoulish (well, what you can see through the underwear).

 

I am using EVB Nude Male Cut Erect.  Should I try another file, or do I need another mod to make them work correctly?

You need http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7432/? for ghoul body textures. Neither EVBs or Dongs or Nudesuits include ghoul texture
