subtitles don't match what is being said

So I recently came back to Oblivion and updated the lovers mods I have to the latest versions I found here. Slight problem being that ever since I updated the mods, many of the subtitles that appear whenever you get in a close proximity of the npc's are just very off.

 

Sometimes it will show a completely different phrase to the one being said, very rarely I saw one that said "Soi Ai" or something very similar, which made me suspect the lovers mods in the first place.

1. When you updated what version of lovers with pk did you install - rev91?

2. Did you start a new game?

3. Did you try disabling all lovers files and see if you get the odd dialogue?

1. pretty sure I installed rev 91. its the one that's in the sticky topic in the downloads forum.

3. Disabled all lovers mods and problem stopped. So now I know lovers is the culprit and I just have to figure out which part. Time to start disabling one by one. Unless there is another suggestion?

 

OK after a quick round of testing, I discovered that AdultPlayPlusForSSP was the esp causing the issue, after disabling it everything returned to normal. I don't really want to disable it as I kind of like that mod so maybe there is way to get it working properly, I remember before I used the standard AdultPlayPlus so it makes sense that this would be the thing causing the issue.

 

Any Ideas on making it work?

You can use the non-SSP version of adult play plus. Just be aware that you can't use the SSP version of lovers voice with it.
