How to install BnB BodyExtender Compatability Skeleton?

I am lost. It says that it adds 2 folders to Fallout, that are inside a "meshes" folder. It advises to make a safe copy of these folders but I don´t know how to do it, as the original meshes folder is in BSA file and I can´t open it.

So I don´t have a clue about where should I install the files.

You put the file(s) where it says. If you don't have the directories, make them. Anything in the data directory will override whatever is in the BSAs as long as you have archive invalidation enabled.
