Male/Female/Futa Sims

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I haven't really touched the Sims 4 since it came out and recently reinstalled-- so I have no idea of any of the new features.  I was just curious if there was a mod or a way to have a sim tagged as male, but be female (+cock)?  Primarily for MxF animations for futa stuff.  I'm not sure if I'm explaining what I'm looking for very well, so I apologize if this is confusing.

Wicked Whims has a feature that allows female characters with penises to use both male and female animations.

To me, futa means having both. not just a woman with male genitalia. That's where the word comes from, it means they have both. I still hope that someone could make a skin or an attachment where a female sim could have both a vagina and a penis.

Neither Lunar Eclipse's Penis model nor Noir and Dark's Porn Star Cock Set do anything to remove the penises from the female body meshes or textures.

To go further than the surface level, one can use Bub's Both Options mod to enable a Sim to impregnate and be impregnated without having to give them any additional adjustments in Create-A-Sim mode.
