Just a simple tattoo pack reference i would like to know

There is this face tattoo which looks like veins coming from the bottom of the face

Hey, my character had those veins!

 

I believe it's a racemenu overlay plugin.

 

I'm pretty sure it's the The Coenaculi: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35677/? 

 

I have used a shit ton of tattoo mods so I may defiantly be wrong. If I am I could just tell you the different tattoo mods I have and you can try them. 

 

(though that will obviously take a while. I can't check myself cause I uninstalled Skyrim and am in the progress of reinstalling all my mods.)

They're (I assume) the BlackBlood tattoos from the base game, not playable by default but that's easily fixed by ticking the "playable" box in the racemenu, or applying the texture via the Racemenu Overlays.

 

Edit: Those are definitely the BlackBlood marauder tattoos with a lower alpha than in game, meaning they were applied by racemenu.
