PureVision ENB Visual Problem

Not sure what's causing it the only mods I have that mess with weather is Frostfall and Pure Weather.

Was that during rain? It looks like the ENB sunsprites for the raindrops are incompatible with your weather mod (if you even have one installed)... or maybe it's because you lack the required weather mod. Often times ENBs have several versions catered to several types of weather mods or individual patches you must download separately and install. I'd double check to see that this isn't the case if I were you.

 

I once had a similar looking problem because I was using Tetrachromatic ENB with many file settings from K ENB, Rudy ENB, and Snapdragon ENB. When I deleted the raindrops.tga the problem went away and the game defaulted to the vanilla game textures for rain. I swear, I have messed with my ENB settings so much and mixed and matched so many different ENB files and shaders that I don't think I can ever recreate my current ENB... which, in my opinion, is perfect where it is. That said, I have no idea what I'm doing and I dunno if this well help you but it's a suggestion.
