I get crashes every 50 min of gameplay and I get leaves falling down instead of droplets of rain, which is weird.

You seem to have multiple weather/landscape mods. You are probably making the merged patch wrong. Some things should not be merged. You have a light load order. I doubt the merged patch would get you any noticeable benefit even if done correctly.
