Missing Needs

I'm having an issue where I'm not seeing my needs show on my sims, but only on a particular game. My mods are up to date and this doesn't exist in any of my other games. I even went so far as to erase my save and and sims, remaking everything and having it still show up. It seems like there is something about Oasis Springs that sets this off as that is the only thing that is different than any of my other saves but I don't know. If you guys can decipher my exception files and tell me the conflict, I would be most grateful. Thank you in advance.

That's simply not the case. You have few things that are breaking your game.
