Where do I start with adding random dialogue to Piper?

I would like to add random dialogue to Piper, by basically taking samples from plot dialogues and splicing them up a bit. I can handle the audio parts just fine, but I have no idea where to start with adding random dialogue.

 

There must be a quest tree, somewhere, that picks a random dialogue when you engage her to speak, but I have no idea how to add sentences to that. Does anyone know which areas I should be looking at and how to approach adding extra dialogue to Piper?

Just a suggestion, why don't you start by checking out one of the custom-voiced companion mods on the Nexus, load it into the CK, and see how the mod author handled the random dialogue? Then you do the same in your own mod, right?

Yeah thanks for that suggestion. It was the first thing I tried though but I can't make heads or tails of it. There should be a list somewhere defining the random dialogue for Piper, if anyone knows where this is so I can edit it that would be great help. I've been staring at this thing for hours and hours on end but I need to some better hints as to where to look.

If this hasn't been solved yet find ComPiper under Quests open that then scroll over to the Misc table, what you are looking to do is add your dialogue to the existing tree PiperIdle's. When you are done typing out and adding the voice for the dialogue remember to right click and Move to Topic/Group to the appropriate place.
