Anarcis Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 Hey fellow animators! Here's a question for you - I've been making a fair few WW animations for the past few months and it's reacquainted me with blender, which I hadn't used in a decade or something. My Blender-fu is still pretty weak - I've been animated everything as forward kinematics thus far. What I'd really like to do is to implement some very rudimentary IK to avoid some foot placement issues, and then bake it back into keyframes. I've been toying around with it after a tutorial or two but haven't really got it working yet (again, weak Blender-Fu). What's your approach here? Any tips?

It's stupid, I know, but after a decade of using Maya I always have enormous difficulty getting other packages to work for me.
