[TTW]Trying to go back in Scientific Pursuits with setstage

after looking up how to in geck i found the id for scientific pursuits and im trying to make it so i have to talk to Li which would be "setstage 0A014E86 20" but i go talk to her and she tells me she told me everything and the quest marker is what it was at before and i even tried making it go past the point im currently at and that didnt work either
