Fresh install, body physics and collision is not working

 I just install Skyrim on a new computer. I have all requirement but body physic still not working. I have XPMSE on top. UUNP body special from AIO HDT pussy, HDT Physics Extension v14.28 and everything. HDT hair physics is working in game but body is not. I have my main Skyrim setup on other computer use NMM and it working fine.. This is first time I use MO so I probably messed up something here. I just can't find out what is it .Help please!
