For those who aren't aware of, MrDplop, a Korean modder from the looks of it, has made numerous anime based powers for Skyrim, including Excalibur from Fate, Bankai from Bleach. The download links are on the individual videos. For those who are interested, go check it out:

The excalibur V2 and the magic core mods look impressive. Though I wonder what night sky mod that is.

This reminds me of one thing, skyrim could be modded into a big anime, fairy tail + fate + etc.

Its an era of swords, mages, etc.

 

But probably this will take years, and till then TESVI will be out -.-

There was a similar mod for oblivion that I don't think was ever finished, so your probably right.

 

Also, been having some trouble with the excaliburV2 mod since I installed dawnguard. Each time I use it is teleports me elsewhere, usually anywhere from 100 yards to a mile away from where I used it. Anyone else having this problem?

Well i have intersting idea.Whirlwind sprint is shout to get close to mage or archer or whatever.Why dont add stabing animation or slashing animation and some damage to thet shout.And you het flash step and damage.

This mods is a simple flash step, though the cooldown is too long for it to be much use, also doesn't cause damage.

 

The modder linked by the OP also did a mod called streak which basically does what you described, though I can't comfirm how well it works since it conflicts with another mod of mine. Not sure which though, just keeps causing CTD.

The mods are easy enough to download, just try clicking around a bit. Took me a few minutes to find the right button but it isn't difficult. Download button is some Korean word near the top right I believe.
