wondering if anyone could help with downloading lots for sims4?

i have downloaded some residential lots for my sims 4( note they are not from the gallery) i have placed the files in my mod folder but i cant find them to place. i was wondering if anybody could help me i dont know what im doing wrong. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try moving them into Tray Folder instead. That is where Lots and Sims usually go so that they appear in your gallery.

Also don't forget to check the custom content setting in the advanced settings tab in the library
