Need a little Papyrus help (again ;P)

So yeah, my Crapyrus skills haven't really improved much. Well, maybe a little. I can still figure out basic stuff on my own, but what I need to do now is (I think) a bit more advanced.

I want to track crime and other stats from the Pip Boy, and use those stats to increase and decrease an actor value. More specifically, this:

Track the following:

Side Quests Completed

Misc Objectives Completed

People Killed

Creatures Killed

Chems Taken

Items Stolen

Trespasses

Assaults

Murders

and use increases in these stats to increase or decrease the (currently inactive, but easily activated) Karma value by specific amounts. For example:

Committing murder will increase the Karma stat by 1, while completing a side quest will decrease the Karma stat by 0.5

Stealing an item or trespassing will increase Karma by 0.25, while killing a raider will decrease it by 0.010

Taking chems will increase Karma by 0.010

In the first example, you would need to complete 2 side quests, or kill 100 raiders to erase 1 murder Karma.

This might seem backward, but the Karma value base is 0.0, so starting there has no ill-effect, and giving it a hard preset value isn't possible as it's a hardcoded stat.Utilizing it as is will allow the player to "bank" positive Karma for potential future misdeeds.

The newly activated, variable Karma value will be used to trigger events in the new mod I'm working on. Such as a bounty hunter searching for you, and when he finds you, he pops you with a special gun that will teleport you to the prison barge, where you're stripped of your stuff, collared, and clothed in "appropriate" prison attire  ;)

Karma will not have the same meaning it had in other Fallout games. It will not have any effect on anything other than triggering events in my prison barge mod, because it won't hook into vanilla factions like it did in previous games.
