Missing Settlement 'Structures' Menu

So, been running around the internet and tweaking my load order to Fallout 4 for several days recently, and I thought I had all my bugs and everything settled. Lotta guns, a few nice balance overhauls for raiders and beasties, Sim Settlement's gone through it's newest update and expansion, even shrunk down off the 255 mod limit a little with a few mods I really wasn't using anyway.

 

That is, until a few days ago, when I finally had some time to settle down and I come to realize that I am 100% missing my 'Structures' tab in my workshop menus! Even with using several SimSettlement related mods, I kinda like being able to build my own stuff, and with Vault 88 recently doing it's distress beacon as well, that means I got basically no hope of making my own Vault either, as the required components are in that locked-in menu for making the actual vault walls and structures. Not good...

 

I've gone through several of the mods I've installed lately, disabling and re-enabling them, and I did have access to the Structures tab earlier in this playthrough, pretty obvious cus I have a few of my makeshift towers set up for defense purposes already, but none of them has restored my wayward missing menu, and I'm pulling my hair out trying to track down potential culprits

 

If I tossed my load order and installed mods up here, could someone help me parse through for some of the obviously broken ones I may have accidentally installed I can solve this rather important issue?

Removing (and sometimes adding) settlement mods without starting a new save/game can sometimes cause issues with the settlement menus.  Take a look on Nexus for a mod that resets the settlement menus (don't know the name off-hand - haven't had a need for it myself so I don't have a link).

OP, just Google  "missing settlement categories fix" and take your pick. If one doesn't work, another probably will. Just remember, you brought this on yourself by not following the mod author's instructions when updating or uninstalling certain settlement related mods. I'm not saying this to beat you up but to make you aware so you don't have to go through this a second time. Good luck to you.
