Is there a mod that forces the weather to always be beautiful?

Is there a mod that forces the weather to always be beautiful like console command:  "fw 81a" or "fw 15e"?

You could also advance the main plot up until the point where you obtain the Clear Skies Shout. It has a few second cool down time even after using all three words of the shout.

That mod looks promising. I once tried a mod that made the weather always summer time but that mod had no night time! LMAO! During the night you still see the sun and clouds and it was only a little darker than the day time. No moons, no stars, no auroras. WTH???

You'd think that if they have mods that do regular console command stuff like change time speed that they also have a mod that does a force weather option.

Yeah, I want to refrain from having to force the weather. Whether it be with the console or with shouts. Thanks, though.
