By opening femalebody_1 diffuse texture in photoshop/gimp, then using a white brush to draw the bikini tanlines all over the body and then tweaking with overlay strenght/transparency.

equip the bikini you want tan lines from.

go to the Eldergleam Sanctuary and lay in the sun beams that comes through.

it takes about 2 days of straight laying.
