Hi, can anyone tell me where I can find these mods. I think it's a mash-up. I'm most interested in the skirt.

That armor is from Skyrim follower Onean, but it's made for the follower and not a player character

edit: also try this version if that outfit isn't in the cosmetics patch, I don't remember which one it's included in
