head issue

I currently try to make one follower, all goes well but not all.

I use MO so I have no files in skyrim.

 

Body is Calientes Beautiful Bodies Edition 4 K, AIO 3.3 and Leyinda skin 4 K.
Preset it UNP Special all that stuff works.
She have her own body files.

 

Did follow CPU guide.

 

No matter what I do the head ends up like this.

 

 

This is how she looks like in CK. And that starts when I add the body in my editing profile in MO.

She looks like that when I play test her in my play profile.

The odd thing is that Saida looks the same, all other redguards to.

But they do look correct in the game.

Even if I turn off all skin except Calientes it happens.

 

The esp is cleaned from all strange stuff CK adds that comes when you open and check stuff.
