As the title says.

 

Does this game have different versions in different regions? Like different steam appid or like that.

Like new vegas have eastern wich is now ru version wich includes different steam appid. Similar like that.

I live in Czech Republic so I got that EN/CZ/PL/RU version of New Vegas (AppID 22490)....same for Dishonored (it says RHCP in my library...AppID 217980)...funny thing is Steam even did not recognise I own the game as it wasn't marked with the blue/green "in library" when searching/on store page..it does now though.

But I haven't noticed anything special about Fallout 4 (AppID 377160).

So Fallout 4 not got some random regional versions then like new vegas.

Same version for all regions. All that's different is the installed language pack. Same as with Skyrim.

 

As an aside, you can change the language for Skyrim to German, make a backup of "Skyrim - Voices.bsa" and "Skyrim - VoicesExtra.bsa". Change the language back to English, copy the German voices bsa's over and enable subtitles.
