Well, net troubles previously mentioned are somewhat fixed. I have decent net when the weather doesn't get too warm. When it heats up, the junction starts resetting constantly until things cool down.
Ah the joys of hermitage with the city limits being down the road a spell. Hopefully they'll manage something a bit more fully functional soon.
Meanwhile, at least i can be here with some fair certainty when the temp is tolerably cool.

I've been prepping a save version of KWSV but have had ... issues with the population, and needed to get away from them for a bit. But where to go? Then it hit me - no matter where was chosen, there wasn't going to be a hotel for my whore to work. Nope. That's not going to do. Whereever it was, a hotel was going to be needed. In fact, a damn hotel is needed everywhere!
And so, here we are...

I don't have Seasons installed currently, so there's no hotel to match. (Scream if there's a need)
The hotel for Into The Future's Oasis Landing is currently under construction. Hotels for the three World Travel destinations are planned to follow.

A note to KWSV users:
Mirabello Plaza has been re-remodelled to remove the bistro. A new bistro is being built in the same location as the Old Pier Beach Hotel. This will give you the option of using either the smaller Gilded Gator, or leaving the Little Corsican on that lot and using the new hotel provided here.


USAGE
The new lots should appear in your library. Bulldoze the apropriate lot, then place the new lot in the location. (See Lot Locations below)
Back in game, after the lot is placed and Kinky World is running, click on the lot/building and select the Kinky>Venue> menu options and set the location to Hotel. Though it's best to give the game a little time to get its shit together, clients should begin to appear very shortly after you begin whoring in the hotel. They may take a little bit to work up the courage to start asking for sex, and your whore might decide to start soliciting while waiting on them. But once they do, the business is more than steady. I've seen 9 customers lined up waiting at one time.


GENERAL FEATURES
Hotels feature a variety of furniture & location options for your whores to engage with their clientelle. All, of course, have the KW requirements to register as a hotel, including beds, bathroom, music, bar, etc.,.
Hotels feature snack machines for those desperate feedings when the bar is untended. I know sometimes ya gotta work LONG hours to pay those bills. And hotels often feature some minor distractions to pass time, such as video games or television, as well as drinks & music.

Resources are preserved as much as possible. If the original location was a beach or park, picnic locations still exist but may have been moved. The Dirty Birds blocks the fishing resource at Crystal Cove, so a new fishing ground has been placed to the side as replacement. (It might be slightly better than the original)

The Old Pier Beach Hotel, Hooker's Cove, The Passing Strange Manor Inn, The Prancing Mustangs, and The Dirty Birds Beach Hotel all use the Exotic Dancer Stage mod to provide strip shows.(See optional requirements)

The Dirty Birds Beach Hotel uses the Glory Hole Gate as a special feature. (See optional requirements) Quite delightfully, that was the first place my whore used during testing. (very convenient for the hotel image, too)

A few hotels use my Cheap Landscape Paintings, and one uses my Whorehouse Paintings. (See optional requirements) If you choose not to use those mods, you'll just get the same painting showing up in a bunch of places. That's not terribly out of place for hotels anyway.


DANCERS
If the hotel has a stage set up for one or more dancers, it will need to be set for proper usage. You'll see the outlet plug on the floor of the stage(s). (sorry, no pic. But you should have seen the image when downloading the required support file) Click on the outlet for the Tuning Dialog. You'll be asked to choose the starting outfit (typically athletic or formal, but whatever you like best), and the ending outfit (naked, one would think). A sleepwear stage will be inserted between the two by the system.
Then you'll need to set the hours for shows, in 24 hour clock format, with each showtime followed by a capital H (for hour - capitalization is essential). I usually set these for a matinee, and then shows from dinner to late night, with show times 2 hours apart. If there are two stages, one is set to odd hours, one to even. So the average entry looks like this:
15H19H21H23H1H3H
That's a 3pm matinee followed by shows at 7pm, 9pm, 11pm, 1am & 3am. With a second stage, simply add 1 to each number.
Lastly, you'll need to set the length of the shows. I typically change the default of 60 to  90 minutes. Mostly because the dancers always start their shows late, so make up for it on the back end.

Sadly, there is no way to select the sex of the dancer. I used multiple stages in some cases, hoping to get a dancer of each sex. Sometimes it even works out that way.

Old Pier Beach Hotel

Why get all wet and sandy when you party on the beach? Visit the elegantly Clean environs of the Old Pier Beach Hotel and enjoy the sun & ocean breeze in grit free comfort!

Hooker's Cove

Following in the long criminal tradition of Smuggler's Cove, the beach is now home to hookers and smut peddlers. Oddly, the city has yet to complain.

The Blue Twins Hacienda

The Blue Twins  Hacienda brings a cultural elegance to a frequently uncultured environment.  Dress your whore in style if you want to look right while working this hotel.

River Junction Beach Park Inn

River Junction! It's a Beach! It's a Park! It's an Inn! If you're looking for fun, this is where she hangs out.  She sells sea shells by the sea shore. Among other things.

The Prancing Mustangs

The Prancing Mustangs hotel and bar is often referred to by locals as the "dog & pony showplace" due to the odd statue out front. The management assures all guests that this term is in no way indicative of the quality of entertainment provided. That said, feel free to indulge yourselves as you will.

The Passing Strange Manor Inn

Most passing strange is the clientelle of this upscale hotel and hang out. So if you're seeking for strange, here's where to look for it passing by.

The Dirty Birds Beach Hotel

Love on the water! To leave the beach pristine, the Dirty Birds Beach Hotel was constructed entirely on a pier extension, leaving the sand for frolicking, fun, and other enjoyable f words.

 

HOTEL LOCATIONS
Where to place the lots! Also, in theory all hotels are preset to either beach or hangout. Theory and actual practice only coincide by happy coincidence, so check the setting when placing the lot. (Hangouts provide better bartender service)

Note: The Passing Strange Manor Inn is located where it is due that being the ONLY lot it can be placed on. Every other lot tried disappeared completely when bulldozed, leaving no placement option and only empty map. Moonlight falls is kinda woohooed.



REQUIREMENTS
I have all expansion except Seasons currently installed, and all stuff packs except Katy Perry & Deisel. I also have the CyclonSue Bridge Lane sets that both Jolie Rouge and I require for our Kinky World towns. Any and all of these could be used during construction.

Hotels will likely still function without some, or even much, of the above, but no telling what odd bits will be chosen as replacements by the system. But, Hey! Ugly environment can make your whore look better, right?

This provides the strippers for 5 of the 7 lots in this initial release.

Glory Hole Gate by Lady Moiraine

As suggested by Amra72 to accompany the KW Animations package. So you probably have it already anyway.
Used only by the Dirty Birds, this provides a variety of extra animation options to working girls in the hotel.
Without the mod, you'll just get the same gate (hopefully) with no hole in it, which will look odd out on the balcony but won't otherwise impact function of the hotel.

Cheap Landscape Paintings & Whorehouse Paintings
Both mods are available in my Sims 3 Decor - Wall Art collection.
Without them, you'll just get the same repeating paintings.

Thanks! I'm glad you like. I'm very visually oriented, so there may be a wee bit of a tendency to get carried away on the details at times. (Sometimes the urge to start modelling new objects get terribly powerful. But what a bag of worms to open...)

 

Please let me know how they work for you, if there's unusual lag, problems, and/or suggestions for improvements.

I'll definitely be continuing, though this is a side project to KWSV. So there'll be a bit of gap between updates while working on the town. But regular breaks are needed from that work, so it won't be long before construction resumes in Oasis Landing and begins on the other three continents.
