FIXED! - Papyrus compiler not showing errors

Pretty sure I had to fix this a long time ago, but now it's happening again.

I run CK, compile a script, it compiles just fine, but there is nothing in the output window.

If there is an error, I just get the popup about it failing, but in the window where you should see what the error is, ...it's blank. Nada. Zip.

So as long as my scripting is correct, I can still compile, but if I have a mistake, I have no idea where it is.

Been searching for this problem and can't find it. Anyone got a clue?

I have the flags file (I don't get any errors about missing flag file), I checked the bat file for the compiler to verify paths were correct.

Just.... no output to the error boxes? Is there a "silent" flag somewhere?

EDIT**

Fixed!

I am running Windows 10.

I had to run the compatibility troubleshooter on PapyrusCompiler.exe and it suggested running in compatibility mode for Windows 7. I enabled that and now I can see the message output of the compiler.

Woo-hoo! I can see where I screwed up!

:)
