Use the hdt and avoid the nio heels. There you have your fix. If you don't get any lift at all, there is a high heel ring mod here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83957/? but that requires nioveride. It doesn't hurt to have it installed. Thanks a lot for the upload.
