oops wait there is an issue tho, there seems to be 2 sets of heels in this mod, one seems to be hdt system the other is nio, i think the nio one doesn't work for me and the feet is completely out of the heels itself.

 

is there a way to fix this manually?

Use the hdt and avoid the nio heels. There you have your fix.

 

If you don't get any lift at all, there is a high heel ring mod here http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83957/? but that requires nioveride. It doesn't hurt to have it installed.
