ZAZ Animation Pack disables all controls

Whenever bound all controls are disabled except for looking. No matter the situation or how many times I enable the controls.

Is it all the time or only with a blindfold on?

bound as in what happens when ur kidnapped/arrested that's the point

also use unlocked blinfolds..........

All the time  you have to be able to do more than just watch your character struggle.
